Didier Schott
Agency Director

Didier oversees the company’s overall management and supervises all event projects. He analyzes requirements, builds recommendations, defines schedules, validates budgets, and monitors every step until the booth is delivered on site. He also manages relations with organizers, ensures smooth client communication, and leads post-event debriefings. 

His strength? A transversal vision, flawless organization, and strong communication skills that keep every project moving in the right direction.

François Fevrat
Creative Director & Head of the Design Office

François shapes the creative world of each booth: scenography, accessories, signage, visual atmosphere… He develops tailor-made concepts with the team, designs 2D plans in Autocad, 3D renderings, and animations that allow our clients to project themselves. He also creates moodboards and ensures overall visual harmony. Thanks to him, the Cap Linea design office delivers unique concepts and memorable experiences. 

His strength? Unlimited creativity and a sharp artistic sensibility.

Sylvie Boursereau
Client Director

An experienced business developer and expert in event strategy, Sylvie is your first point of contact. She analyzes briefs, identifies your needs, builds proposals, prepares detailed quotations, and oversees the project from start to finish. She ensures smooth client relations until showtime and conducts post-event debriefings. 

Her strength? In-depth knowledge of the exhibition services and constant attention to the human side of client relationships.

Laurent Demory
Technical Director

With a background in production and field operations, Laurent guarantees the feasibility and technical success of every project. He assesses site constraints, evaluates solutions, prepares cost estimates, selects suppliers, schedules operations, and oversees fabrication and logistics (installation, dismantling, storage, maintenance). He also ensures compliance with regulations set by organizers and venues. 

His strength? Consistent thoroughness and hands-on expertise for smooth, hassle-free execution.

Jocelyne Carre
Project Manager

Combining commercial and technical expertise, Jocelyne has a global vision of projects, managing them from briefing to on-site delivery. She analyzes specifications, proposes solutions, and develops responses to tenders. In direct contact with exhibitors, she ensures both commercial and technical follow-up throughout preparation and installation. 

Her strength? Rigor, attentive listening, and an eye for detail. She supports clients with dedication in an ever-demanding environment.

Sarah Nicolas
Project Manager

Sarah Nicolas portrait

With over 20 years of experience in international event management, Sarah has contributed to major projects for high-profile exhibitions and events (COP21-25, Eurosatory, Watches & Wonders, SIAL…). Her diverse background spans from selling exhibition spaces to managing large-scale booths and international pavilions, as well as coordinating demanding institutional clients. Curious and people-oriented, she now brings her expertise and strong client-relationship skills to Cap Linea.
